GETTING VERIFIED

Like a certificate of authenticity, or a “Carfax” for a benefits advisor, our verification process is an objective checks-and-balances of an advisors conduct and consulting practices.  

In order to become a Verified Advisor with the AFHCA, you’ll first need to become a member.

Members will access our member-only portal where you can submit the required data, proving that your business practices meet the strict standards we believe all healthcare advisors should uphold. 

Verification can take up to 30 days to approve.

Self-Funded Advisors

  • Consulting Agreement
  • TPA Service Agreement 
  • Stop Loss & PBM Contract

Fully Insured Advisors

  • Carrier Appointment Paperwork
  • Compensation Disclosure Form(s)
  • Completed Affidavit of Transparency

Solution Providers

  • Client & Advisor Service Agreement(s)
  • Administrative Contracts
  • Renewal or Pricing Disclosures
